After upgrade to Mavericks, Just hold CMD, while dragging “cdto or go2shell” to Finder toolbar.
To open configuration window follow this steps:
Fire up your favorite terminal program.
Enter: open -a Go2Shell —args config
Press [return].
Perfect.
